No soccer <br />should be allowed on the fields this fall and backstops should be installed <br />in the spring. U~yor Gamec will cheek with Merle Mevissen about Sattelite <br />service for the existing fields this year. <br /> <br />B. Titterud Park <br /> <br />Merle has picnic tables and grills made and is waiting to install them. Dick <br />Swanson indicated that the Jaycees will handle site clearing and preparation. <br />The City Engineer is currently preparing a cost estimate and grading plan. <br /> <br />C. Minnesota Park Association Membership <br /> <br />Sam Walz indicated he would handle the application for membership with the <br />City Administrator. <br /> <br />The five year capital improvement plan was reviewed and recommended for re- <br />submission to Council as it exists.
