Ail liquid wastes containir~ ar~y or- <br />ganic or toxic matter prescribed by the City F~ngineer. The City <br />Engineer shall prescribe the manner of sewage treatment and dis- <br />posal in the case of large volume water useage. Reference Ordinance <br />Septic System Zoning 150.01 and 170.038H <br /> <br />Compliance: <br /> <br />a) In order to assure compliance with the performance standards <br />set forth above, the City Council may require the owner or operator <br />of any permitted use to make such investigations and tests as may <br />be required to show adherence to above performance standards. Such <br />investigation and tests as are required to be made shall be carried <br />out by an independent testing organization ag' may be agreed upon <br />by the City and the owner or operator, or if there is failure to <br />agree within ten (10) days after written notice by the City to the <br />owner or operator of the requirement to make such investigation and <br />tests, by such independent testing organization as may be selected <br />by the Council.
