Page 1 <br />816179 <br />P.H. <br /> <br />PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKACOUNTY <br /> STATE 0FMINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Ramsey City Planning & Zoning <br />Commission held a Public Hearing on August 6, 1979 at the Ramsey Municipal <br />Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303. <br /> <br />Chairman Ken Peterson called the Public Hearing to order at 7:35 P.M. with <br />the following in attendance: <br /> <br />Ken Peterson <br />Art Dunn <br />Gerry Zimmerman <br />Kathy Schneider <br /> <br />Ben Deemer <br />John Hubbard (arrived 7:40) <br />Ron West (arrived 7:40) <br /> <br />Also present: <br />Clayton Berg, Bldg. Official <br /> <br />Members of the Commission explained the reasons for adopting new regulations, <br />and why Mr. Engels would still be responsible for the Public Hearing fee since <br />expenses had already occurred. <br /> <br />Dickensons requested a copy of the regulations regarding site plan review and <br />Chairman Peterson stated that a copy would be mailed to them. <br /> <br />Public Hearing closed 8:05 p.m. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />Kathleen Schneider <br /> <br />Mr. & Mrs. Roger Dickenson Sr. were present to explain that Mr. Engels had <br />apparently changed his mind about building an addition to the organ and piano <br />shop for his porta-shed business since he felt there Were too many new regulations. <br /> <br /> <br />
