-2- <br />P~R <br />7/19/79 <br /> <br />No candidates were available for the vacancy on the commission. Consideration <br />of this agenda item was tabled until the August meeting. The Community <br />Education budget will also be considered at the next meeting. <br /> <br />Under new business, it was decided to invite a DNR representative to discuss <br />the possible development of White Pines Park. The commission also decided <br />to contact the U of M to seek assistance in development planning of River- <br />wood Hills 2 park. Discussions were held about the possibility of using <br />CETA help for park maintenance. No conclusions were reached.
