Voting no: None. <br /> <br />156TH AVENUE BETWEEN VARIOLITE STREET AND ARMSTRONG:',BOULEFARD <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Mickelson and seconded by Councilman Reimann <br />to Adopt Resolution No. 79-80 Adopting the Assessment for 156th <br />Avenue between Variolite Street and Armstrong Boulevard. (See Resolution File). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Cox, Mickelson <br />and Reimann and Sorteberg. Voting no: None. <br /> <br />JASPAR, IRONSTONE, 159TH LANE,' 160TH LANE, 161ST'LANE, 162ND LANE <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Mickelson <br />to adopt Resolution No. 79-81 Adopting the Assessment for Jaspar, <br />Ironstone, 159th Lane, 160th Lane, 161st Lane, 162nd Lane. (See Resolution File). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Cox, Mickelson, <br />Reimann and Sorteberg. Voting no: None. <br /> <br />Notation was made to have the poplar tree removed from 7033 163rd Avenue <br />and to make a determination on Bertha Mae Smith's unbuildable lot whether <br />she is willing to deed the lot over to the City for drainage purposes <br />or pay for the assessment. <br /> <br />Councilman Cox said he feels the'City should take a drainage easement <br />over this lot, it is low and is a ponding area. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec said that the owners of this property should be given a <br />choice in this matter. <br /> <br />Councilman Mickelson said if the property owners are using this land for <br />some purpose they are using the road to get to the property. <br /> <br />,Regular Council Meeting - 10/9/79 <br /> Page $ <br /> <br /> <br />
