PLANNING COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />D-1 Conditional Use Per'mit~ Reque'St' William Aydt <br /> <br />Enclosed is a copy of the proposed agreement to be <br />entered into between Mr. Aydt and the City. Administrator <br />Schne]le, Attorney Goodrich and Peddycoart met with <br /> <br />Bill Aydt and discussed his conditional use permit request. <br />It was 8rafted in the form as per Mr. Aydt% request. Engineer Raatikka will have a report on the plat's <br />status at this point. He does not have reports back from <br />other agencies such as the State Highway Department or <br />Corps of Engineers. Administrator Schnetle suggests that <br />the Planning Commission table approval of the plat until <br />the necessary information is on file on the plat. <br /> <br />ENCLOSURE: Revised Preliminary Plat <br /> <br />D-'3 Mea'dowbro'o'k- Es ta'te's ,' 'Skeet'ch' 'Pl'an " <br /> <br />This plat comprises 34.5 acres owned by Gary Petrucci (former <br />Sylvia Carter Property). The request is to subdivide the property <br />into nine (9) lots. The one long rectangular lot to the N.B. <br />is to be reserved by the 'family for future use and is not to <br />be improved at this time, I suggested that it be made an outlot <br /> <br />at this time.
