AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this 13th day <br />of November 1979, by and between the City of Ramsey, <br />hereinafter called the City and William Aydt, Ramsey <br />Auto Body Inc., hereinafter called the Permittee. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Permittee has requested a conditional <br />use permit for the purpose of operating a non-conforming <br />use in a UMB zoning. That non-conforming use being an auto <br />body repair with the following conditions and stipulations: <br /> <br />The business will be conducted in the existing <br />30 X 45 foot metal building. <br /> <br />The principal business conducted will be auto body <br />repair with the Permittee as the sole employee <br />except that when necessary he may from time to time <br />have a maximum of five (5) employees. <br /> <br />The Permittee shall be able to sell occasional <br />cars or trucks with a maximum of 12 on display <br />on the easterly side of the property facing the <br />road--Nowthen Boulevard. <br /> <br />Outside storage of auto parts shall be screened to <br />provide for the complete concealment of all such <br />materials. <br /> <br />A fenced in storage lot for damaged and towed <br />in auto's and trucks comprising-an area of-~O~r~~ <br />'square feet fence 'with .... foot high chain link <br />fence with colored slats to completely screen the <br />storage lot. <br /> <br />No salvage yard or junk yard activities to be carried <br />on at anytime. <br /> <br />All provisions and requirements of the Agreement shall run with <br />the land and become the obligations of the Permittees' heirs <br />and assigns. <br /> <br />The developer will execute the necessary legal document which <br />shall be recorded causing these obligations to be of record <br />in the Anoka County Recorder's Office. <br /> <br /> <br />
