F],INTWOOD HILLS SECOND ADDITION - DRAINAGE PROBLEM <br /> <br />A letter from County Engineer Paul Ruud was presented regarding this <br />drainage problem. <br /> <br />Engineer Raatikka reviewed a letter from Hakanson/Anderson Surveyors requesting <br />that County Ditch #43 be realigned to follow the storm drain 'shown on the <br />map presented. He said the City will have to submit to the County and Paul <br />Ruud for review and the County will have to hold public hearings regarding <br />the proposal. Carson is proposing to install a piece of pipe between the <br />ponds and be will be running the storm drain through the computer to see <br />if the proposed pipe will be adequate. <br /> <br />The district will be set up with retention ponds and 15 inches would very <br />possibly be adequate to handle the system. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to <br />adopt 'a Resolution ........ requesting the County to realign the County <br />D~tch ~43, that the City h~s reviewed and concurs with the storm water <br />drainage plan for Flintwood Hills II as presented regarding the ditch and <br />request that the County approve the plan. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Cox, Reimann and Sorteberg. <br />VotJ ng no: None. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />NOON'S R.V. CENTER SITE/BUILDING.DESIGN PLAN APPROVAL <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to approve <br />the final site plan/buildi.ng design plan for Mr. Noon, Noon's R.V. Center and <br />authorize the Mayor and City Administrator to enter the agreement. <br /> <br />Mot].on carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Cox,' Reimann and Sorteberg. <br />Voting no: None. <br /> <br />LIC]CNSE FOR APPROVAL <br />Motion by Councilman Re imann and seconded by Councilman Cox to approve the <br />licenses: 79-149 Standard Heating and Air Conditioning <br /> 79-150 St. Cloud Plumbing & Heating Company. <br /> 79-151 A.B.C. Concrete <br /> <br />MotJ.on carried.
