Metro Dodge & Mazda are requesting <br />a ] 5cense to se1.], motor vehicles on the N & N property since D & D Auto is no <br />]onger there. <br /> <br />Attorney Goodrich also commented on the existing sign and that N &N had only <br />repainted the sign and he didn't feel that would be considered an alteration in <br />this particular case and that as far as right of way concerns, that the State <br />Highway Department would be addressing that issue. <br /> <br />Council concurred with the attorney in regard to the sign. <br /> <br />MotSon by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to enter the <br />agreement with N & N Auto Body authorizing the Mayor and City~dministrator <br />to s~gn. the agreement. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Cox, Mickelson, Reimann <br />and Sorteberg.
