Voting no: None. <br /> <br />ONE ACRE LOT SIZE DISCUSSION <br /> <br />It was noted that the Planning & Zoning Commission members have done considerable <br />work on a proposal for one acre lot sizes and that they will be reporting on the <br />issue to Council in the very near fut'ure. <br /> <br />ATTORNEY GOODRICH REPORT <br /> <br />Attorney Goodrich reported on an appraisal necessary for a permanent easement <br />on a storm drain underneath the Bloom residence property on Rivlyn Avenue. <br />The cost is $2800. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to authorize <br />the City Attorney to negotiate according to the report. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Cox, Mickelson, Reimann and <br />Sorteberg. Voting no: None. <br /> <br />Attorney Goodrich aslo reported on the Variolite Project and two parties <br />Makowsky and Brown that would have to be negotiated with on easements needed in that <br />area. <br /> <br />Attorney Goodrich will offer the price suggested by their appraisers to Makowsky <br />and Brown. <br /> <br />Attorney Goodrich reported that the Ham Lake subdivision bill has been adopted <br />by the Legislature.
