CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey's Board of Adjustment <br />will hold a public hearing on January 8, 1980, at 7:30 P.M. at Ramsey <br />Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., for the purpose of <br />considering a variance from the site plan/building design plan approval <br />standards for Midwestern Underground Construction Company Inc., in <br />conjunction with their request for site plan and building design <br />approval for an addition to their business. <br /> <br />The property is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The West 220 feet of the East 880 feet of the South 200 feet of the <br />North 662.28 feet of Lot 1 Auditor's Subdivision ~30 as measured along <br />North and East lines thereof. Together with easement for road purposes <br />over the West Two Hundred Twenty (220) feet of the North Six Hundred <br />Thirty-two and SixtY-eight hundreths (.632.68) feet of the East Nine <br />Hundred Thirteen (913) feet and over the North Fifty (50) feet <br />of the East Nine Hundred Thirteen (.913) feet thereof, all according <br />to the map or plat on file or of record in the office of the Register of Deeds <br />in and for Anoka County~ Minnesota. <br /> <br />Address; 14021 Azurite Street N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303. <br /> <br />Ail interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and <br />comment on the plat.
