Applicant shall submit to the City oftRamsey four._ (4) copies of the <br /> final site plan which conforms to all City o£ Ramsey conditions of approval <br /> within ten (10) days following the date of City Council approval. One <br /> copy will be stamped approved by the City of Ramsey and returned to the <br /> Appl ~cant. <br /> <br /> 2. Applicant acknowledges that failpre to complete <br /> the landscaping improvements defined above <br /> shall result in forfeiture of the financial"gnhrant~es provide3 to <br /> the City of Ramsey in Item 5. <br /> <br /> Applicant shall notify the City of Ramsey at least 72 hours in advance <br /> of the date Applicant is ready for final inspection of his site, and of <br /> his request for release of the financial guarantees provided to the City <br /> of Ramsey in Item 3. <br /> <br /> S. As applicant complies by comple't'ing the site conditions defined under <br /> Item 5, the City of Ramsey may release ali, or any portion, of the <br /> financial guarantees upon written request to the City of Ramsey, however <br /> in no event shall the City of Ramsey relaease any amount which would <br /> reduce the remaining guarantee below 150% of the cost to complete ali <br /> remaining site conditions. <br /> <br />If applicant does.not commence construction is his project, including <br />physical facilities, within six.'
