Voting no: None. <br /> <br />NOTE BOARDS & COMMISSIONS <br /> <br />Councilman Cox raised some question concerning the Planning & Zoning Workshop <br />meeting minutes and the regular Planning & Zoning Meeting minutes of <br />December 3, 1979. <br /> <br />Administrator Schnelle clarified the meaning intended in the minutes. <br /> <br />LETTERS & COM~4UNICATIONS <br /> <br />The following letters were introduced: <br /> a. Letter from Metropolitan Waste Control Commission <br /> b. Letter from Metro Council <br /> c. Letter from Consulting Engineers Diversified <br /> d. Letter from Anoka County <br /> <br />(a) is in regard to a Facility Planning Study for the Northwest Area -- <br />a meeting to be held 12/12/79. <br /> <br />(b) is notification of a public hearing on 1/7/80 at 7:00 P.M. to hear <br />comments on amendments to the Housing Chapter of the Metro Development Guide. <br /> <br />(c) is in regard to Updating MSAS Needs Study for the City. <br /> <br />(d) is in regard to 1979 State Aid for Police Service from Anoka County. <br /> <br />STAFF REPORTS <br /> <br />The condition of the boiler at the Municipal Center was discussed. Building <br />Official Berg is to forward a letter in this regard to the responsible people. <br /> <br />OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />Pondvale Extension of Time on Final Plat <br /> <br />Mr. Deemer was present and r~ported that he is experiencing a problem with <br />a faulty abstract of title. He is therefore seeking an extension for final <br />plat approval. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Mickelson and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to grant <br />a 120 day extension for final plat approval in accordance with the ordinance. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Acting Mayor Reimann, Councilmen Cox, Micketson <br />and Sorteberg. Voting no: None. <br /> <br />Flintwood Hills II Extension of Time on Final Plat <br /> <br />A letter from Mr. Carson was presented whereby he is requesting an extension <br />for final plat approval. <br /> <br />Council/December 10, 1979/Page 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
