4. There will be no driveway to the greenhouse facility. <br /> <br />5. There will be no outside storage of any type pertaining to the <br /> nursery business. <br /> <br />6. No advertising will be permitted from the premises. <br /> <br />7. This conditional use permit is to be reviewed yearly on <br /> the anniversary date of the request being granted. <br /> <br /> 8.
