Councilman Cox and Councilman Reimann noted that it has been the procedure <br />in the past when presenting resolutions of this type that all Councilmembers <br />sign the resolution rather than just the Mayor so that the person receiving it <br />may have a record of those persons who were on the Council at the time it was <br />given. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Reimann to send a revised <br />Resolution to Commissioner Ed Fields with all Councilmembers signatures <br />on it. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
