Gerald ZimmermanAbstained. <br /> <br />January 7, 1980 Regular P & Z Commission Meeting <br /> <br />Motion by Ron West and seconded by Art Dunn to approve the minutes of the <br />regular Planning & Zoning Commission meeting held on January 7, 1980 as <br />presented. <br /> <br />Motion carried. 3 Ayes. Gerald ZimmermanAbstained. <br /> <br />January 15, 1980 - Planning & Zoning Workshop Meeting <br /> <br />Motion by Art Dunn and seconded by Gerald Zimmerman to approve the minutes <br />of the January 15, 1980 meeting with the following corre'ction: Page 4, <br />Ben Deemer's comment under-Housing Element discussion, change to read <br />that he encourages the building of energy ~fficient housing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. 4 Ayes <br /> <br />Motion by Ben Deemer and seconded by Art Dunn to defer Item C until later <br />in the Agenda. <br /> <br />MEADOWBROOK ESTATES <br /> <br />Engineer Raatikka reviewed his report. <br /> <br />Mr. Johnson addressed each Of the items in the Engineer's report and stated <br />that he did not feel there will be any problem in complying with them. <br />They intend to furnish a grading plan at final plat stage.
