PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council was held on April 8, 1980, <br />at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota <br />55303. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilman Cox <br />Councilman Reimarm <br />Councilman Sorteberg <br /> <br />Members Absent: Councilman Mickelson <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Engineer Raatikka <br />City Attorney Goodrich <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the meeting to order at 9:55 P.M. and led in the Pledge <br />of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />There was no citizen input. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion duly made and seconded to approve the agenda and addendum as presented. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />1) First full paragraph on the second page should read as follows: <br /> <br />Councilman Mickelson and Mayor Gamec both said they <br />did not now want to sign this letter. <br /> <br />2) The motion in the fourth paragraph on page four should read as follows <br />along~with the inclusion of two additional sentences following that motion: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Mickelson and seconded by Councilman <br />Sorteberg to alot $2,000 as and for the City's share for <br />an airport site feasibility study. <br /> <br />It was noted that the total cost for the study will be <br />$10,000 of which the state will pay $8,000 and the City <br />will pay $2,000.
