SECTION I <br /> <br />BY-PRODUCTS EMMISSIONS <br /> <br />SUB A. Those activities which create only waste water with human effluent <br /> <br /> and/or solid wates of paper or wood products and lunchroom garbage only~ <br /> <br />SUB B. Those activities which create only, in addition to SUB A, biodegradable <br /> liquids, and recycleable Solid wastes. <br /> <br />SUB C. <br /> <br />Those activities which create only, in addition to SUB A or SUB Bt <br />wastes which can be treated on-site with Some disposal system <br /> <br /> that meets all state and federal regulations for disposal <br />of each product to be disposed of in theSystem. <br /> <br />SUB D. <br /> <br />Those activities which in addition to any other bYProducts creates <br />wastes which must be trucked to special disposal areas and/or special <br />disposal facilities located outside the boundaries of the'city, <br /> <br />SUB E. Those activities that create wastes which have no known method of <br /> safe disposal either on-site or off--site. <br /> <br />In addition to the above, the Activities taking place must meet all <br />requirements, applicable, for any other sensory pollution at the' time of the <br />site plan reviewal. <br /> <br /> <br />
