P 5 Z 4/7/80 Motion by Art Dunn, seconded by Gerry Zimmerman to recommend to the City Cotmcil to rezone the parcel of ].and owned by Dr. Brunnell ( That part of Lot 7~ Auditor's Subdivision No. 34, Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Lot 7; thence North- westerly on the Southwesterly line of said Lot 7 a distance of 770 feet; thence North and parallel with the East line of said Lot 7 and to the Northeasterly line of said Lot 7; thence Southeasterly on said Northeasterly line a distance of 200 feet to the point of beginning of land to be des- cribed; thence continue Southeasterly on the Northeasterly line of said Lot 7 a distance of 150 feet; thence South and parallel with the East 1Lue of said Lot 7 and to the Southwesterly line of said Lot 7; thence Northwesterly on said Southwesterly line to a line drawn South from the point of beginning and parallel with the East line of said LOt 7; thence North and parallel with the East line of said Lot 7 and to the point of beginning~ and which property is generally known as ~245 West Highway Ramsey, .Minnesota 55303 sccording to Section 170.019 Entitled Amendments and Section 170.O19B Procedure of the Ramsey City Ordinance. ) ~rom I-1 to B-1 width the City obtaining a $0' easement for a service drive along the rear lot line in addition to a $0 ' easement along .rear lot line of adjacent property (7205 Hwy #10 N.W.) based on the following findings of fact: 1.) Surrounding parcels being used B-1 with very few exceptions. 2.)',,i Hwy #10 frontage condusive to B-1 zoning 3.) B-1 would act as buffer (visual) to I-1 4.) lot size is resricted by Hwy & R.R. tracks and limits expansion if zoned I-1. Motion carried 6-0.
