This action requires City Council <br />approval in order to record the Final Plat Sheet. There is no new public infrastructure associated with the Plat, and <br />therefore no Development Agreement is required. The Applicant is responsible for standard Development Fees. <br />Notification: <br />Staff attempted to notify all Property Owners within 350 feet of the Subject Property. <br />Observations/Alternatives: <br />Alternative # 1 - approve the lot split as presented. It appears that the newly created parcel and existing home would <br />conform to Zoning Code requirements. <br />Alternative #2 - postpone a decision for additional information. <br />Alternative #3 - deny the request. <br />Funding Source: <br />There are no public dollars associated with the request. <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends approval of the request. <br />Action: <br />Motion to adopt Resolution #17-02-054 approving the Final Plat for the Wayne and Jane Olson Subdivision. <br />Attachments <br />Site Location Map <br />Sketch Plan <br />Final Plat <br />Resolution #17-02-054 <br />
