Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #17-02-054 <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF THE WAYNE AND JANE <br />OLSON SUBDIVISION <br />WHEREAS, Wayne Olson, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied for final <br />plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Lot 3, Block 2, Haubrich Addition <br />(the Subject Property'); <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey received an application for Sketch Plan and Final Plat on <br />January 31, 2017. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY , STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to WAYNE AND JANE <br />SUBDIVISION in accordance with relevant City Codes and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk <br />to sign on behalf of the City. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />28th day of February, 2017. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />
