Review File: Covenant Meadows <br />Preliminary Plat and Rezoning Review <br />February 24, 2017 <br />Page 4 of 4 <br />ReZoning Application Review <br />As proposed Covenant Meadows would result in the creation of twelve (12) new single family lots. <br />The Applicant has proposed rezoning the property from R-1 (Rural Developing) to PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development). The Planned Unit Development (PUD) zoning designation would allow for the Applicant to <br />exceed the normal 1 unit per 2.5 acres in exchange for providing approximately 15 acres of high quality <br />natural land surrounding the Trott Brook Trail.
