Special Planning Commission <br />Meeting Date: 03/02/2017 <br />By: Tim Gladhill, Community Development <br />Title: <br />The COR Land Use/Sub-District Map Exercise <br />5. 2. <br />Information <br />Purpose/Background: <br />The purpose of this case is to work on revisions to The COR Sub -District Map. <br />Notification: <br />Notification is not required for this case. <br />Observations/Alternatives: <br />The Planning Commission is asked to suggest changes to sub -district boundaries (Master Plan) for The COR. The <br />Planning Commission should utilize feedback from past projects, previous market studies, the October 2016 Market <br />Panel, and the January 24 Joint Work Session with City Council for guidance. This is the second of multiple work <br />sessions the Planning Commission will be able to work through the land use map. Attached are rough sketches of <br />the output from the February 2, 2017 Planning Commission Work Session as well as more detailed concepts based <br />on that discussion. <br />Funding Source: <br />This case is being handled as part of normal Staff duties. <br />Recommendation: <br />No action is being requested.
