Councilman Mickelson Abstained. <br /> <br />NOTE BOARDS AND CO~ISSIONS <br /> <br />No comments. <br /> <br />LETTERS AND COk~UNICATIONS <br /> <br />Councilman Cox asked regarding the League of Cities letter and the census. <br />Councilman Cox said a letter of protest to the Census Bureau should be <br />written. <br /> <br />Motion by. Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Reimann to send a <br />letter to the Census Bureau with carbon copies to the Governor, League <br />of Minnesota Cities and our legislators sharply criticizing the m~mer <br />in which the census was obtained. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
