Street Superintendent Mevissen said the problem is getting worse every
year. Mrs. Jacobsen said complaints have been made for seven years and
nothing has been done during that time.

Mayor Gamec said the Council is aware of the problem.

Councilman Sorteberg said a recommendation should come from the Street
Department as to what can be done.

Councilman Cox said he was on the Town Board eight (8) years ago and at
that time there were no ordinances regulating what could or couldn't be
done, and therefore, the problem is no more Hagen's (the developer)
than the City's. Cotuncilman Cox said we also need a report from the
Street Department.

Mr. Barry Hite, 8730 - 176th Avenue N.W., said his main concern was that
his culvert was frozen up and a gully was created from drainage and he
feels this should be fixed. He said he doesn't think Class V is the
answer.

Mr. Jim Acres said he appreciates the Council's taking time to hear the
problem and that the residents will work with the Council in order to
~nicably solve the problem.

Mr. Larry Ferber wondered if there were any government funds available
to improve the roads. Mayor Gamec said no.

Mr. Tom Woodfel, said he feels most of the problems are by the circle.
He asked if just the circle area could be done.

Mayor'Gamec said this was possibl~ and that it could be reviewed.

The meeting recessed at 9:10 P.M.

The meeting was called back to order at 9:'35 ~.M.

DAMAGE COSTS REGARDING SUEDBECK

~o action taken and Administrator Schnelle is to write a letter to the
Suedbeck's regarding same.

158TH LANE N.W., ETC.
