He has reduced the requested <br />size from 624 square feet to 240 square feet. <br /> <br />Enclosure (1) contains the following information: <br /> <br />a) Mr. Volner's present application J <br />b) Mr. Volners present proposal and conditions he has indi- <br /> cated he will meet <br /> c) Certificate of mailing <br /> d) Notice of public hearing <br /> e) Mr. Volner's sketch showing the proposed struottzre <br /> location as it relates to his dwelling <br />f) Building Officials letter dated May 5, 1980 <br />g) Council minutes dated February 25,, 1980 denying his <br /> request for a 624 square foot greenhouse <br /> <br />MEADOWBROOK ESTATES: <br /> <br />'Mr. Johnson has reduced the proposed plat to six lots and has <br />indicated on the plans that this is his preliminary plat and <br />not his sketch plan. In reviewing this with the City Attorney <br />he has advised us that, in view of the magnitude of the changes, <br />another public hearing should be held. <br /> <br />Copies of the revised plans as well as the engineers report, <br />will be available at the meeting for your reviewal. <br /> <br />This could be done at your next regular meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />
