Mr. Cory was not present. Mayor Gamec said he (Cory) was in agreement with the findings and agreement as prepared by the Staff. Councilman Reimann said someone called him who said Mr. Cory does do body work and that language to the effect that no body work will be done on the site be in the agreement. The Board reviewed the proposed agree- ment. They felt it was adequate. Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Mayor Gamec to adopt the Find- ings of Fact, approve the agreement and to grant the variance and that the agreement be recorded at the County Recorder's Office. Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Mickelson, Reimann and Cox. Voting no None. Walter Owens was present regarding his variance request. Mayor Gamec asked if there would be any bee operation there. Mr .Owens said no and that no traffic would be generated except for the bringing in of the equipment seasonally. He said the bee work is presently being conducted on his property in another building. Councilman Reimann said he realized what he was trying to do but where can the line be drawn. City Administrator Schnelle said a conditional use permit is required if there will be bee storage in an accessory building. Councilman kLickelson said the applicant said only personal items will be stored in the building. Councilman Reimann said if in an R-1 area, this should be residential only with no exceptions, and this will then solve a lot of problems. City Administrator Schnelle said he felt the matter should be tabled in order to find out what exactly will be done on this property with the idea of requiring a conditional use permit. Mr. Owens said he will leave the business items in the heated or exist- ing building. Councilman Cox said this in essence is expanding the business since the present personal items will be moved out into a new 'building which will then allow for business expansion in the old build- ing. Councilman Sorteberg agreed that it is clear the purpose of the new building is to expand the existing business operation. Councilman Cox msved to table the application in order for staff to re- view and see what is needed in order to get the operation in conformance with the law. Councilman Reimann said he's not in favor of giving a permit to enlarge an existing non conforming business. Councilman Cox withdrew his motion. Motion by Mayor Gamec and seconded by Councilman Reimann to adopt the findings of fact as presented and based on the findings of fact to deny the request for an accessory use building.
