SPECIAL COUNCIL <br /> City of Ramsey <br />Anoka County <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof the Ramsey :City Council held <br />a special meeting on May 5, 1980, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, <br />15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present; <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilman Cox <br />Councilman Reimann <br />Councilman Sorteberg (.Arrived at 9~03 P.M,) <br />Councilman Mickelson ~Arrived at 7~53 <br /> <br />Also Present; <br /> <br />City Administrator Schnelle <br />City Engineer Raatikka <br />City Attorney Goodrich <br /> <br />Residents Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Raymond W, Usher <br />Mr. Dan L. Hatch <br />Mr. & Mrs. Arvin Hansmann <br />Mrs. Sue Van Wagner <br />Mrs. Marilyn Gallagher <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the meeting to order at 7:40 P~M. and led in the <br />Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />AGENDA APPROVAL <br /> <br />Added Traprock Commons Plat amendment and price on repairing Do.dge <br />Monaco and tree sale. <br /> <br />There was a general discussion held on the proposed EDA grant for the <br />City's multi use recreational building. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Cox to approve <br />the agenda with the additions. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec~ Councilmen Sortebe.rg~ Mickelson~ <br />Reimann and Cox. Voting no None, <br /> <br />LANDFILL DISCUSSION <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec said one purpose of tonight's meeting is to look at a future <br />contract with the landfill management.
