City Administrator $chnelle said he thought the Counci may want to take another <br />look at this matter. <br /> <br />Councilman Sorteberg said if the Building Official and City Engineer see no problem, <br />he was okay with it. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Sorteberg and seconded by Councilman Reimann to authorize <br />the site plan contract to be changed and amended as per City Council approval <br />and the Mayor authorized to sign agreement. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann, Mickelson <br />and Cox. Voting no-None. <br /> <br />2) Airport Study <br /> <br />Councilman Reimann asked what the completion date of the report would be. <br /> <br />City Engineer Raatikka said it would take approximately six months to complete, <br />which would be at the end of November. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann to adopt Resolution 80-30~authorizing airport <br />site study agreement. Motion seconded by Councilman Cox. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec, <br />Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann, Mickelson and Cox. Voting no-None. 'Motion <br />carried. Please refer to resolution file for Resolution 80-30. <br /> <br />3) Repair/Replace City Assessor Vehicle <br /> <br />Councilman Reimann said there is no sense in spending the $100 because the rear <br />end would have to be replaced eventually anyway. He recommended the car be <br />driven and minor repairs made. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec said the car is going to have to be replaced later anyway. <br /> <br />Councilman Reimann suggested nursing it along for awhile yet. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec said the general consensus is to wait and see what happens. <br /> <br />No action taken. <br /> <br />4) Anoka County Historical Society Request for Funding Assistance <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec said they are asking for a donation and he would just as soon review <br />the request next year at budget time. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec directed staff to get a letter back to the Anoka County Historial <br />Society at this time stating 'that the Council would review their request at <br />budget time, but they felt it should be taken care of by the County. <br /> <br />5) Cleaning of Sunfish Lake Blvd. from Highway 910 to Landfill Site and <br /> <br />Side Streets <br /> <br />Discussion was held on this issue. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Sorteberg to adopt Resolution 80- authorizing <br />cleaning of Sunfish Lake Blvd. from Highway 910 to Landfill site and side <br />streets, and to direct City Administrator Schnelle to notify the State Highway Dept. <br /> <br />Special Council <br /> May 19, 1980 <br /> Page 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
