Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Reimann to authorize the <br />city to spend up to 1/3 of $1,000 in conjunction with the Cities of Anoka <br />and Champlin in having the LeFevere, Lefler, Pearson, O'Brien, Drawz law firm <br />research out the State laws authorizing a joint powers agreement between the <br />three cities for the purpose of creating a Joint Citizens Advisory Committee <br />in regards to setting up a Cable TV System. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor Game¢, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann and <br />Cox. Voting no-None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Sorteberg' and seconded by Councilman Cox to adjourn <br />the special council meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
