Janson is requesting a conditional use permit to <br />operate a General Rental Center at 6745 W. Highway #10. This is <br />the property that was previously used for the sale of mobile homes. <br />Mr. Janson will be utilizing the existing structures and is not <br />contemplating any further construction. <br /> <br />A conditional use permit is required for this type of operation as <br />it is not a permitted use in B-1 zoning. <br /> <br />The following enclosures are included. <br /> <br />1. Application for conditional use permit. <br />2. Affidavit of mailing. <br /> Public Hearing notice. <br /> <br />CASE #2 CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT - Beauty Shop <br /> <br />Mrs. Bonnie Abel is applying for a conditional use permit to operate <br />a beauty shop in her home. The home formerly had a beauty shop, so <br />all the facilities are existing. A conditional use permit w~s prev- <br />iously granted for this residence in 1976 to Michelle Olson. <br /> <br />Ms. Abel, although the property owner, will not be operating the <br />~hop herself. Her wish is to utilize the existing facilities so <br />as to supplement her income. <br /> <br />The following enclosures are included: <br /> <br />1.
