The maximum would be 20 feet on e~ch side, <br /> but more than likely, it would be 10 feet on each side. <br /> <br /> Mr. Becker asked if restoration represented about 1/3 of the total cost. <br /> <br /> City Engineer Raatikka said restoration represented approximately 1/3 of <br /> the total cost. <br /> <br /> Mr. Becker noted that basically what the residents are paying for is to <br /> restore their grass and trees or whatever is disturbed during construction. <br /> <br /> Mr. Jim Churchill, 15959 Ebony St. N.W. <br /> <br /> Mr. Churchill asked what happens if the bituminous needs-repair. <br /> <br /> Mayor Gamec said there is a performancq or maintenance bond on repairs for <br /> up to one year after the street is put in. He read a letter from Mr. Gary Hill, <br /> 16006 Dolomite St. N.W. who was opposed to the project. <br /> <br />· Mr. Jim Baron, 6720 - 158th Lane N.W. <br /> <br /> Mr. Baron asked how the city was going to control water going into the garages. <br /> <br /> City Engineer Raatikka said there would be no culverts, but spillways which <br /> would direct the runoff from the streets to the ponding areas. <br /> <br /> Ms. Debra Larson, 15952 Dolomite St. N.W. <br /> <br /> She asked to be shown where 160th Lane N.W. runs.
