NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey's Planning <br />and Zoning Co~ssion will hold a public hearing on July 7, 1980 at <br />7:45 P.M. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W. <br />Ramsey, Minnesota 55303. <br /> <br /> The purpose of the hearing is to consider an application for <br />for a conditional use permit to operate a beauty shop in an R-1 area <br />(Ordinance 170.016A). <br /> <br /> The property is legally described as Lot 12 Block 3 Woodland <br />Green and is generally known as 5210 - 155th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br /> Ail interested persons are invited to attend the hearing-and <br />comment on the variance request. <br /> <br /> Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the <br />Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission,-15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W.~ Ramsey, <br />Minnesota 55303.
