FROM: City Administrator <br /> <br />TO: Planning and Zoning Commission <br /> <br />SUBJ: P&Z Business <br /> <br />CASE #1 (D-l) <br /> <br />SKETCH PLAN RAMSEY RIDGE <br />Mey~r-~ohl~n Inc. of Buffalo will be presenting, <br />for approval, a sketch plan for Ramsey Ridge. The <br />property is owned by Mr. Peterson and is located <br />just East of Variolite Street lying on either side <br />of 173rd Ave. N.W. A copy of the sketch plan is <br />enclosed for your review. The Engineer's report <br />will be available at the time of the meeting. <br /> <br />CASE #2 (D-2 ) <br /> <br />PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL PONDVALE ESTATES <br />Mr. Ben Deemer is requesting preliminary plat <br /> <br />approval for Phase I of Pondvale Estates. Instead <br />of doing the entire plat, as previously given pre- <br />liminary approval, he now wishes to do it in phases. <br />There are no changes in .configuration to the plat <br />as originally presented. A copy of his revised <br />preliminary plat is included for your review. <br /> <br />In as much as there were no changes in the plat, the <br />Engineer will not be preparing a report. <br /> <br />Your action will be to approve/disapprove Mr. Deemer's <br />preliminary plat. If you disapprove, another public <br />hearing will be required. <br /> <br />CASE #3 (D-3) <br /> <br />EXPANDED ALLOWABLE USES FOR B-i ZONING <br />The Planning Commission at their last regular meeting, <br />briefly discussed the 'possibility of expanding the <br />allowable uses for B-1 Business zoning. Examples of <br />the additional conforming uses might be, rental shops, <br />mini-storage, etc. <br /> <br />Your action will be to recommend additional allowable <br />uses and ask that a public hearing be scheduled for <br />an ordinance amendment. <br /> <br />Enclosure D-3 A contains the current conforming uses <br />for B-1 zoning. <br /> <br />CASE #4 {D-4) <br /> <br />SITE AND DESIGN PLAN 'ORDINANCE <br />City Council has not yet adopted the Site and Design <br />Plan Review Ordinance as revised by City Staff. Chair- <br />man Peterson has requested this again be reviewed by <br />the Planning Commission prior to Council adoption. <br /> <br />Your action will be to recommend approval/disapproval <br />or corrections. Enclosure 5-4A contains the Site and <br /> <br /> <br />
