these districts shall be collectively known as the "commercial <br />districts" <br /> <br /> a) Lot size, width and setback requirements and permitted <br /> <br /> uses see Sections 170.O13D(e), 170.015I(3) and 170.015(4) <br /> and their respective amendments, of the City Code. <br /> <br />b) Building Design and Construction. See Section 170.014K <br /> Subd 5 as amended of the City Code, in addition to the <br /> following requirements: <br /> <br /> 1) All exterior wall finishes on any building constructed <br /> shall be of material other than metal on at least fifty <br /> (50) percent of .the exposed wall where the building is <br /> adjacent to any other existing or future structure or <br /> street. The planning and zoning commission and/or city <br /> council may change the requirements of this paragraph <br /> depending on the relative location of the building and <br /> surrounding areas. <br /> <br /> 2) All buildings in the commercial districts shall be of <br /> Type III or IV as defined in the Minnesota State Build- <br /> ing Code.
