A certain document, <br /> <br />a copy of which is on file in the office of the <br />City Clerk marked "Official Copy - City of Ramsey" <br />and designated as Air Pollution Control Rules. <br />Regu2ations and Air Quality Standard designated <br /> <br />APC Regulation 1-15 inclusive, adopted by the <br />Minnesota Pollution Control Agency on,ay 11, 1969, <br />filed with the Secretary of State on July 3, 1969, <br />and the Department of Administration on July 7, <br />1969 together with the 1970 Supplement filed with <br />the Secretary of State and Department of Admini- <br />stration on June 5, 1970, and all rule, regulations <br />and standards amendatory thereof or supplementary <br />thereto are hereby adopted for the purpose of es- <br />tablishing the rules,~ regulations and air quality.~ <br />standards governing the emission of dust, dirt, <br />smoke, odor and noxious gases from an Industrial <br />District Use: and all of said rules, regulations <br />and air quality standards are hereby referred to, <br />adopted, incorporated by reference and made a <br />part hereof as though fully set forth in this <br />ordinance. <br /> <br /> <br />
