EXHIBIT B <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> City, State: Ramsey, Minnesota <br /> Address: 7994 Sunwood Drive NW <br /> L/C: 022-0575 <br /> AGREEMENT TO MODIFY RESTRICTION CONTAINED IN DEED <br /> This AGREEMENT TO MODIFY RESTRICTION CONTAINED IN DEED ("Agreement") is dated <br /> 12016 between THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY IN AND FOR THE <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY, a public body corporate and politic under the laws of the State of Minnesota <br /> ("Grantor"), and McDONALD'S USA, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company("Grantee"). The following <br /> statements are a material part of this Amendment: <br /> A. Grantee is the owner of the property legally described on Exhibit A attached (the <br /> "Property"). <br /> B. Grantor transferred title to the Property to Grantee by Quit Claim Deed dated <br /> February 26, 2014 filed on March 3, 2014 as Document No. 522138.002 with the <br /> Examiner of Titles in Anoka County, Minnesota (the "Deed"). <br /> C.
