RAYMOND MOX <br /> <br />Mr. Mox would like to build another dwelling on his ten <br />acre parcel located on the southwest corner of 161st <br />Avenue N.W. and Armstrong Blvd. Mr. Mox's request is to <br />either place two dwelling units on the one ten acre par- <br />cel or subdivide the parcel into two five acre lots. It <br />is my opinion that he will have to do the latter as the <br />ordinance requires each dwelling unit to be constructed <br />on a lot of record. (Section 170.013A Paragraph 3). <br /> <br />Enclosure (Di-a) contains the following information: <br /> <br />a) Notice of public hearing <br />b) Application requesting this variance <br />c) Section map of location of propertg <br />d) Legal description and list of surrounding property owners <br /> <br />ZONING PROBLEMS; CASE OF GOOD VALUE HOMES: <br /> <br />Good Value Homes wants to construct an addition to their <br />present building which is located at 7127 West Highway #10 <br />which is being used for manufacturing. The zoning for this <br />area is B-1. In view of this, the addition they want to <br />build is going to require a public hearing as they need a <br />conditional use permit. However, this area and the surround- <br />ing area does not have a proper zoning classification. We <br />should be looking at a special zoning category for the entire' <br />area that will get us away from having to go the conditional <br />use permit route. <br /> <br />Consequently, I will be present to discuss this with the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission at your meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />
