Morton, Selling shrubs and trees <br />Ap~lication and public hearing notice <br /> <br />Conditional Use Permit for Good 'Value 'Homes <br /> <br />Good Value Homes has appeared before the Commission previously <br />to discuss this matter and a review of those minutes due not <br />produce a commission concensus in any one direction. <br /> <br />As Good Value Homes wishes to manufacture in a B-1 zone they <br />will need a conditional use permit (see enclosure D-a) because <br />this is a non-conforming use (see enclosure D-b). <br /> <br />.The second part of Good Values request is to put an addition on <br />the existing building. Section 170.014A, Non-Conforming Uses, <br />(Encl D-b) would require the aquistion of a Board of Adjustment <br />variance for this item. (See Enclosure D-c) <br /> <br />In as much as the site plan shows only structure location and is <br />not to scale staff cannot comment on screening parking ingress- <br />egress and etc. <br /> <br />The following items are included for your information in considering <br />this matter. Site Plan <br /> <br />Conditional Use Permit for a 'Gift 'Shop '= Case of Edith 'Cornelius <br /> <br />Edith Cornelius, 15231 Jaspar St N.W., is requesting a conditional <br />use permit to operate a gift shop in her attached garage. Ordinance <br />170.014E (Home Occupations) requires a conditional use permit for <br />home occupations. ~ <br /> <br /> <br />
