Motion by Councilman Reiman~ and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to adopt <br />Resolution #80-130adopting assessment roll for Hagen's Unplatted Addition <br />Street I~r~rovement Project #80-6 at 8½% interest rate. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec, Cotuncilmen Sorteberg, Reimar~n, <br />Mickelson and Cox. Voting no None. Please refer to resolution file for <br />Resolution #80-130. <br /> <br />Motffon by Comacilman Cox and seconded by Cotuncilman Mickelson to adopt <br />Resolution #80-131 instructing the City Staff to prepare findings of fact <br />regarding Mr. ~Lrnie Billmark's lot in Hagen's Unplatted Addition in re- <br />gards to its buildability. <br /> <br />Motion carried. City Assessor Regarding Residential Valuation Assessments Made in 1981 <br /> <br />and 1982 <br /> <br />This was deferred to the October 28, 1980 meeting. <br /> <br />6. 153rd Lane N.W. Extension <br /> <br />City Engineer Raatikka said he contacted three landovn~ers who would be in- <br />volved in the possible extension of 153rd Lane N.W. for the purpose of <br />attempting to negotiate the right-of-way with the owners, but he received <br />no favorable comments from them. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec said he didn't see any reason to go through with the proposal <br />at this time. <br /> <br />Counci]_~an Sorteberg agreed with the Mayor. <br /> <br />Co~mcilman Reimann said it just isn't needed right now. <br /> <br />Co~mci].man M~ckelson agreed with the Mayor. <br /> <br />Cotmci].man Cox agreed with the Mayor. <br /> <br />Mote. on by Council_man Cox and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to drop the <br />proposal for 153rd Lane N.W. extension in light of the fact it has been re- <br />viewed by City Attorney Goodrich who talked with residences in the area and <br />because of their objections. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
