3) <br /> <br />Council minutes dated September 8, 1980, at which time <br />the Vickers asked for permission to proceed with their <br />plat. Council stated that they didn't have any objection <br />to this providing they consulted with Mr. Carl Schenk <br />of the Metro Council and Cliff Aichinger, of the Environ- <br />mental Quality Board. <br /> <br />4) City Engineer's letter dated October 30, 1980, which <br /> covers his review of the proposed sketch plan. <br /> <br /> 5) Exhibit "A" contains proposed sketch plan for your review <br /> and approval. <br /> <br />Comments: The Developer has informed us that they have gone over <br />this sketch plan with the above State and Metro officials and <br />they did not have any problems with the proposed density contained <br />in Exhibit "A". Prior to the Comncil giving preliminary plat <br />approval the City will require a letter from Mr. Aichinger of <br />the Environmental Quality Board stating that they have no ob- <br />jections to the proposed density contained in this proposed plat. <br /> <br />Plannin~ and Zoning Action: Your action will be to review the <br />proposed sketch plan in accordance with Section 170oO35 of the <br />City Code. If you approve of the sketch plan, the following will <br />have to be accomplished: <br /> <br />a) Set a public hearing date in accordance with paragraph 170.036 <br />of the City Code for preliminary plat approval. <br /> <br />b) Set a public hearing date to rezone the land from B-1 to R-1. <br />This will have to be done in accordance with paragraph 170.O19B <br />and Ordinance Change 79-9 (amendment to Section 170.01 of the <br />City Code). <br /> <br />This is the procedure you will have to use in regards to this <br />case. <br /> <br />CAS];; #3: <br /> <br />JACK ]~ENKVELD: <br /> <br />He has requested that he be put on the agenda to discuss platting <br />a certain parcel of land. This office has not received a sketch <br />plan on it. Consequently, we can't give you any background data <br />on it. <br /> <br />So~ I guess Jack will just be asking for direction on platting <br />a piece of land. <br /> <br />CASE #4: <br /> <br />FEASIBILITY OF TKE PRESENT B-1 ZONING ON HIGHWAY #10 FROM RAMSEY <br /> <br />BLVD. TO SUNFISH LAKE BLVD.: <br /> <br />Council passed a motion at their October 15, 1980 special meeting <br />to review the feasibility of the present zoning in the above <br /> <br /> <br />
