PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council was held on October 28, 1980, <br />at the Hamsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilman Sorteberg <br />Councilma~ Reimann <br />Councilman Mickelson <br />Councilman Cox <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich <br />City Administrator Schnelle <br />Building Official Berg <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the meeting to order at 7:50 P.M. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />City Administrator Schnelle said Mr. Phillip Karst , who was present <br />at the meeting, was assessed for a full unit because his lot at 179th Lane <br />&Tonto goes out to 179th Lane N.W. According to the present policy, he should <br />be assessed for ½ unit. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to adopt Resolution <br />#80-145 assessing ½ unit for lot at 4920 - 179th Lane N.W. . <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Mickelson and Cox. Voting no-None. Please refer to resolution file for <br />Resolution #80-145 · <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Co, and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to approve <br />the Agenda. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Mickelson and Cox. Voting no-None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to approve <br />the minutes for the public hearing regarding Street Improvement (Tungsten, <br />Rivlyn and Front Streets) held on September 23, 1980. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
