City Administrator Schnelle said he could see the power line there being a <br />problem. <br /> <br />Councilman Cox said he could see the problem there, but he didn't, think <br />the council was in a position to do anything about it because there are <br />other areas where there is the same problem. <br /> <br />City Administrator Schnelle said he felt the council members should go out there <br />and look at it before making a decision on it. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Cox to table the <br />issue of Mr. Ronald Kramer Plat 89206 Parcel 3685 until the next regula~ <br />council meeting so council members would have time to look at it. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Mickelson and Cox. Voting no-None. ~ <br /> <br />Mayor Camec said the question in this case wouldbe whether it is marketable <br />or not and councilmembers should see Mr. Kramer's maps when they go out there too. <br /> <br />c) Mr. Ralph Karlson Plat 89215 Parcel 8010 (Construction Project #80-10~ <br /> <br />Mr. Karlson said he would rather it not be an additional buildable lot <br />because the lot is worthless now. because of water:problems_there. <br /> <br />Building Official Berg said it would be an ideal lot for a walkout rambler. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to adopt <br />Resolution #80-146b adopting find of fact that Mr. Ralph Karlson Plat 89215 <br />Parcel 8010 is a buildable lot <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Mickelson and Cox. Voting no-None. Please 9efer to resolution file for <br />Resolution #80-146b. <br /> <br />Mr. Harold Hanson Plat 89201 Parcel 1260 (Construction Project #80-12) <br /> <br />City Administrator Schnelle said he thought this fits in with Kramer's situation' <br />as far as aethetics and marketability. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Reimann to table the <br />issue of Mr. Harold Hanson Plat 89201 Parcel 1260 until the next regular <br />council meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Mickelson amd Cox. Voting no-None. <br /> <br />e) Mr. Bernard Steinlag Lots i and 2 Block ~ Riverwood Hills Plat #l (Construction <br />Project #80-14) <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Reimamn to Adopt Resolution #80-146c <br />adopting find of fact that Mr. Bernard SteinlagLots i and 2 Block 5 Riverwood <br />Hills Plat #1 is one buildable lot for assessment purposes. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Mickelson and Cox. Voting no-None.
