SPECIAL COUNCIL <br /> City of Ramsey <br />Anoka County <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Ramsey City Council held <br />a special meeting on November 5, 1980, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, <br />15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilman Sorteberg <br />Councilman Reimann <br />Councilman Mickelson <br />Councilman Cox <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator Schnelle <br />Bnilding Official Berg <br />Street Superintendent Mevisson <br />City Engineer Raatikka <br />City Attorney-Goodrich <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. and ted in the <br />Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />AGENDA APPROVAL <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec requested that items #3 and #4 be changed around. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Sorteberg and seconded by Councilman Reimann to <br />approve and agenda with changes. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Mickelson and Cox. Voting no-None. <br /> <br />CANVASSING THE BALLOT OF THE CITY ELECTION <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Reimann declaring <br />the results of the November 4, 1980 City of Ramsey election ..~J~ <br />as they appear on the face of the election returns made by the judges. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor Camec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Mickelson and Cox. Voting no-None. <br /> <br />PROPOSED STRUCTURE AT LANDFILL <br /> <br />Building Official Berg received a site plan and permit application <br />for a proposed building to be located on the north side of the landfill <br />for the purpose of housing the pumps for the methane extraction. <br />It will be an unheated, uninsulated metal pole building built on a <br />concrete slab. <br /> <br /> SPECIAL COUNCIL <br />November 5, 1980 <br /> Page 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
