Mayor Gamec led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to <br />approve the agenda with the following additions to Council Business: <br /> <br /> Case #7 Bids For Tractor <br /> <br /> Case #8 Public Hearing regarding Mobile Home Ordinance <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann <br />and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Cox. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Receiving And Accepting Bond Bids For 1982 Public Improvement <br /> Projects: <br /> <br />Refer to Page 2, Paragraph 11 of these minutes. <br /> <br />Case #2- <br /> <br />Receivinq And Accepting Bids For 1982 Public Improvement Project <br />#82-1 (M.S.A.S. - 167TH Avenue NW Between The Line Of State <br />Highway #q7 And C.S.A.H. #5)- <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Mr. Koshak informed Council that UD Contracting was low bidder, that they <br />are a Brooklyn Park based contractor and that UD will use H&S Asphalt as <br />a subcontractor on the project. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Sp C/July 12, 1982 <br /> Page I <br /> <br /> <br />
