I I I I a) Ordinance Amending Chapter 170.01 Entitled Zoninq, Section 170.014N Entitled Manufactured Housing - Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Cox to adopt Ordinance ~82-12 amending of Chapter 170.01 entitled Zoning, Section 170.014N, Manufactured Homes, of the City Code. It is directed that this Ordinance be published in the official newspaper, the Anoka County Union, on July 30, 1982. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Reimann. b) Ordinance Amending Chapter 170.02, Entitled Mobile Homes, Section 170.021 - I I I I I I I Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Cox to adopt Ordinance ~82-13 amending of Chapter 170.02 entitled Mobile Homes, Section 170.021 of the City Code. It is directed that this Ordinance be published in the official newspaper, the Anoka County Union, on July 30, 1982. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Reimann. Case #4: Fire Protection (A. Adopting Resolution Supporting Anoka Fire Protection For The City Of Ramsey and Bo Fire Contract Cost Increase With Anoka): a) Adopting Resolution Supporting Anoka Fire Protection For The City Of Ramsey - Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Cox to adopt Resolution ~82-107 supporting the Anoka Fire Department protection for the City- of Ramsey. (Please refer to resolution file for Resolution #82-107). ~ Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Reimann. b) Fire Contract Cost Increase With Anoka - i,I Council noted letter from the City of Anoka informing the City of Ramsey that our fire call contract rate will be 2/3 of a mill on o~r 1982 assessed valuation. Case #5: Sno-Barons Snowmobile Club's Request To Hold 16TH Annual Hay Day Race And Be Issued A Beer License For The Event: For action taken in this case, refer to Page 8, paragraph 3, of these minutes. Case ~6: Minnesota Coact (Citizens Organization Acting Together) Requiring Peddlers And Solicitors License: Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner to approve of Minnesota COACT to canvas the City during the week of August 2, 1982 to get funding support which will be used on issues dealing with decontrol of natural gas prices, State oil tax and controlling toxic waste.
