(Please refer to Reso.ution File' for Resolution #82-110o) <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes:' Councilmembers Reimann, Cox, Sorteberg and <br />Van Wagner. Voting no: None. Absent: Mayor Gamec. <br /> <br />Councilmember Cox stated that regarding construction on 167th, there is ab- <br />solutely no excuse for the condition the Contractor is leaving that street in <br />during the weekends. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Van WAgner to direct <br />City Engineer Raatikka to inform the contract of 167th Avenue (U.D. Contracting) <br />That they must keep the road more palatable to the traffic that goes through <br />that area during construction. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Mr. Berg inquired as to what the specifications were with <br />regards to keeping the road passable during construction. Mr. Raatikka replied <br />that State specifications state that the contractor must keep the road adequately <br />accommodated at all times. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
