Jack Menkveld closed the nominations. Motion <br />carried. Ail ayes. <br /> <br />Motion by Robert Isaakson, seconded by g~?Lichter to appoint Art Dunn <br />A1 Hoc Oommittee Vice Chairman. Darryl Fuits closed the nominations. Motion <br />carried. Ail ayes. <br /> <br />Discussion on meeting dates of committee. <br />be the 3rd ~nday of each month @ 7:00 P.M. <br />to the Council meeting. <br /> <br />The meeting time and date will <br /> Any info can then be forwarded <br /> <br />Case #2 - Develop Proposed Policy Regarding Public ImDrovements: <br /> <br />Adm. Schnelle addressed setting a proposed policy regarding financing of <br />public utilities, storm sewer and streets. <br /> <br />Question raised by Robert Isaakson how other cities handle assessment policies, <br />that being the reason subcommittees are formed to research background to study <br />issues. He also stated Ramsey being in a ttnique position where water and sewer <br />not instantly here, so there is time to study policies. <br /> <br />Jack Menkveld volunteered to be on committee for assessing public improvements. <br /> <br />Admo Schnelle stated when city bonding monies are-used, the city should then <br />have it's own engineer to see the projects through. <br /> <br /> AD Hoc Committee ~[][.:. <br /> August 10, 1982 i!_!~:~i:,~i::,i~.i:~i~i <br /> <br /> <br />
