MICHAEL I I I I I I I I I I I ! CASE #2: ANTONSON: Mr. Michael Antonson of 17025 Driscoll Street NW is applying for a con- ditional use permit to operate a beauty shop in his home. He intends to convert % of his existing garage to a beauty shop to accommodate his request. The following items are included as enclosure (D2-a) for your consideration in this request: 1) Application 2) Applicant's letter of request 3) Proposed floor plan 4) List of persons notified 5) Public hearing notice 6) Sample conditional use permit agreement Your action in this matter will be to recommend approval/denial of the request. If you choose to recommend approval, you should state under what conditions you are making your recommendation. SKETCH PLAN FOR RUM RIVER MEADOWS: Mr. Wilbur Dom of Rum River Meadows Assoc. has submitted the above referenced sketch plan for your consideration. It is enclosed as Exhibit (1). The entire plat is shown with 2% acre lots. However, this is in the Rural Area and the Comprehensive Plan requires densities of one per ten acres. Also, please note that the application indicates that rezoning is requested on several of the lots. This would require a public hearing that could be scheduled along with the hearing for the preliminary plat. There are special considerations on this plat which are covered in the Engineer's report.which is enclosed as (D2-b) along with the application. Your action in this matter will be to approve/disapprove of the applicant's request.
