MICHAEL <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br /> <br />CASE #2: <br /> <br />ANTONSON: <br /> <br />Mr. Michael Antonson of 17025 Driscoll Street NW is applying for a con- <br />ditional use permit to operate a beauty shop in his home. He intends <br />to convert % of his existing garage to a beauty shop to accommodate his <br />request. <br /> <br />The following items are included as enclosure (D2-a) for your consideration <br />in this request: <br /> <br />1) Application <br />2) Applicant's letter of request <br />3) Proposed floor plan <br />4) List of persons notified <br />5) Public hearing notice <br />6) Sample conditional use permit agreement <br /> <br />Your action in this matter will be to recommend approval/denial of the <br />request. If you choose to recommend approval, you should state under <br />what conditions you are making your recommendation. <br /> <br />SKETCH PLAN FOR RUM RIVER MEADOWS: <br /> <br />Mr. Wilbur Dom of Rum River Meadows Assoc. has submitted the above <br />referenced sketch plan for your consideration. It is enclosed as Exhibit <br />(1). The entire plat is shown with 2% acre lots. However, this is in <br />the Rural Area and the Comprehensive Plan requires densities of one per <br />ten acres. Also, please note that the application indicates that rezoning <br />is requested on several of the lots. This would require a public hearing <br />that could be scheduled along with the hearing for the preliminary plat. <br /> <br />There are special considerations on this plat which are covered in the <br />Engineer's report.which is enclosed as (D2-b) along with the application. <br /> <br />Your action in this matter will be to approve/disapprove of the applicant's <br />request. <br /> <br /> <br />
