D. Scott property and the parcel Mr. Melberg is going <br />to purchase from Mr. Scott. The parcel to be sold is three acres in size <br />which would leave Mr. Scott approximately 9.2 acres. While this is less <br />than the 10 acre requirement, I don't feel this would pose a problem as <br />long as we require Mr. Melberg to incorporate the parcel to be purchased <br />with his existing property so no additional parcels are created. This <br />then would not increase the density. I would further recommend this be <br />done by resolution. <br /> <br /> <br />
